Earnings follow results: Commission-based roles, so the ceiling is set by your pipeline rather than by a pay band.
Experience is welcome, not required: We would rather train someone who communicates well than inherit someone else’s habits.

Sales Representative
Own the conversation from first contact to close, across whichever of our divisions the customer needs.
What you’ll do
- Customer acquisition and lead follow-up
- Selling by phone, online and in person
- Keeping your own pipeline and follow-ups organised
- Handing finished deals cleanly to the delivery team
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills, the one requirement we do not bend on
- Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Comfortable working to targets
- Reliable transport for in-person appointments is an asset
Compensation: $18.25/hour minimum earnings guarantee, plus commission. The commission structure is based on sales performance.

Cold Calling / Appointment Setter
The first voice a customer hears. You open the door; the sales team walks through it.
What you’ll do
- Outbound calls to potential customers
- Introducing our services clearly and briefly
- Qualifying leads against a simple checklist
- Booking appointments into the sales team calendar
What we’re looking for
- Good English and clear phone communication
- Cold-calling experience is an asset, not a requirement
- Organised enough to keep accurate call notes
- Resilient, because most calls end in a no and that is fine
