Do I pay extra for going through you?

No. You pay the provider the same plan price you would pay direct. We are compensated by the provider for the signup, which is why we say the recommendation is the plan that fits rather than the one that pays the most.

Can you get me out of my current contract?

Sometimes. It depends on the provider and how far in you are. We will tell you the real cancellation cost before you switch, and whether a new provider will cover part of it.

How long does a switch take?

Internet and TV are typically live within a few days of ordering, depending on installation availability in your building. Phone number transfers usually take a couple of business days.
