Homes and workplaces, properly cleaned

We clean homes, offices, retail units, rentals between tenants and sites after the builders leave. The work is scoped against a written checklist, so "clean" means the same thing to you as it does to the person doing it.

Everything starts from three things: the size of the space, how often it needs doing, and anything specific about it, such as a move-out standard, a post-renovation dust-down or products that have to be fragrance-free.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Equipment and products are included, unless you have specific products you want used, which is fine too.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Cleaners are interviewed and reference-checked before they work for us. Ask us about insurance coverage for your specific job and we will tell you exactly what applies.

Can I get the same cleaner every time?

For regular contracts we aim for continuity, because a cleaner who knows the space does a better job. We cannot promise it every single visit, but it is the default.

Do you need me to be there?

Not necessarily. Plenty of customers leave a key, a lockbox code or building access instructions. Tell us which on the booking and we will work to it.

I need staff rather than a clean. Where do I go?
